Returns & Refund Policy – MAELIA

At MAELIA, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
